It is part of the North Penn Valley region that is centered on the borough of Lansdale. Five Points is an intersection located at 40° 14 50.67 N and 75° 14 39.37 W, in Montgomeryville. The town is served by bus routes 94, 96, and 132, which connect it with the Lansdale and Norristown neighborhoods of Philadelphia, as well as the SEPTA Regional Rail Line. The US 202 Parkway runs through the southern portions of Montgomeryville from southwest-northeast to southwest-southwest. The Water Tower Square shopping center is at Five Points. This shopping center includes a Planet Fitness, Buy Buy Baby, World Market, OfficeMax, Water Tower Cinema (formerly Frank Theaters and United Artists), and a Home Depot. The mall is located on the south side of the intersection of the PA 309/PA 463/US 202 Business intersection. The shopping center was built in the early 1990s and is located in the center of the Montgomeryville section of Philadelphia. It was originally built as part of a larger shopping center called the Water Tower Mall, which opened in the mid-1990s. It has since been expanded to include a number of other stores and restaurants, as well as a movie theater, a bowling alley, and a fitness center. The center is located near the Pennsylvania Turnpike, which runs north-south through Montgomeryville. The turnpike runs from Philadelphia to Delaware.
