The US 202 Parkway runs through the southern portions of Montgomeryville from southwest-northeast to southwest-southwest. The Water Tower Square shopping center is at Five Points. This shopping center includes a Planet Fitness, Buy Buy Baby, World Market, OfficeMax, Water Tower Cinema (formerly Frank Theaters and United Artists), and a Home Depot. The mall is located on the south side of the intersection of the PA 309/PA 463/US 202 Business intersection. The shopping center was built in the early 1990s and is located in the center of the Montgomeryville section of Philadelphia. It was originally built as part of a larger shopping center called the Water Tower Mall, which opened in the mid-1990s.
